Refund Policy

Refund Policy – SilverLine Tax Solutions

SilverLine Tax Solutions provides professional tax and bookkeeping services. Due to the time, expertise, and resources committed to each client engagement, all fees are generally non-refundable once services have been initiated.
 

No Refunds After Work Begins

Once work has started on your file—including consultation, document review, tax preparation, or advisory services—no refunds will be issued. By submitting your information and engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
 

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Dissatisfaction after work has been completed

  • Changes in financial situation or expectations

  • Delays caused by missing or incomplete client information

  • Decisions to not file or proceed after work has begun
     

Service-Based Nature of Work

Tax preparation and financial services are intangible, service-based deliverables, not physical products. As such, once time and professional effort have been invested, the service is considered delivered.
 

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, SilverLine Tax Solutions may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund only if no substantial work has been completed. Approval of any refund is not guaranteed.
 

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after services have been rendered will be considered a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to provide documentation and evidence of completed work to financial institutions.
 

Agreement to Terms

By engaging SilverLine Tax Solutions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
